If you wish to return your products for any reason whatsoever, we ask you to inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement by e-mail to info@mamamuscaria.com.
Important: We can only take back and refund complete orders. Individual items from an order will be refunded either with a voucher for our store or a replacement product!
A return is only possible if the seal of the item is undamaged or the packaging has not been opened/removed! For reasons of hygiene, opened goods cannot be returned!
You as the buyer bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The right of return expires prematurely

- in the case of non-prefabricated deliveries of goods for the manufacture of which an individual selection by the buyer is decisive and in the case of items that are precisely tailored to the individual needs of the buyer.
- for the delivery of goods whose expiration date is quickly exceeded.
- for the delivery of sealed items that are not suitable for exchange for reasons of hygiene or health, as soon as their seal has been removed after delivery to the buyer.
