Coping with grief: Does Amanita muscaria help us cope better with death?

Updated: May 30

We looked forward to the talk with Monique with great interest. In preparation for the interview, however, we also had some uneasy feelings, because Monique is a grief counselor. She helps people to cope with the death of a loved one, because she knows the emptiness and sadness that one feels only too well from her own experience. Monique's thoughts on how the fly agaric can help people cope with grief are really special and thought-provoking.

The loss of your own child

It will soon be 15 years since Monique and her husband lost their first baby - an event that initially threw them completely off course. She herself says that it pushed her off her path and she has been searching for herself ever since. She found it particularly difficult that the people around her didn't know how to deal with the situation and the grieving parents. The family avoided contact, neighbors crossed the street to avoid having to talk to them about the terrible experience. “Subliminally, you get the feeling that people think that after a few days you have to pull yourself together and get over it,” she says.

Monique also wanted to “get over it” and looked for professional help - but the therapists are hopelessly overworked and it took half an eternity before she had her first appointment. There she was, sitting opposite a professional, telling her sad story and somehow he couldn't do anything with it. She seemed sorted and strong, so they simply said they didn't know what they could do for her. The therapist didn't want to or couldn't find out what was really going on inside her and what she was struggling with. Yes, it is a difficult topic because it is extremely sensitive and complex when parents lose their child. Monique therefore decided to set out on her own journey towards acceptance and healing of her inner pain.

Is death really the end?

Monique's attitude to this question is impressive, because few people have this understanding of life and death. She says: “It's my job to feel my way into it, to grow into it and to be a bridge between the two worlds. Or rather, between the apparent worlds, because the hereafter and this world don't really exist, but everything is ultimately one. We should allow ourselves to consciously recognize and perceive this.”

With this knowledge that souls are always connected, that souls are immortal, Monique is naturally predestined to support other people in coping with grief! But of course this realization didn't come to her overnight! As someone who believed in divine guidance anyway, it was clear to Monique after the failed therapeutic approach: she wanted to take the spiritual path. She found a great coach, booked several sessions and her healing path then began with a deep meditation. During this very first session, she encountered the energy of Jesus Christ in her trance - an event whose memory still gives Monique, who is not actually a believer, goosebumps to this day.

Feeling these energies so clearly helped her to open her heart - and it made her curious for more! After four sessions, she had already made so much progress on the path to healing - much faster than she had expected - that her coach offered her the opportunity to take part in a reincarnation seminar. Again, this seminar was just a first step for Monique, followed by spiritual healing congresses and much more. Monique soon became a reincarnation coach herself and eventually a grief counselor - although she prefers to call her work life coaching, which we think is wonderfully fitting!

How Amanita Muscaria helps to cope with grief

Amanita Muscaria microdosing as a first aid kit for coping with grief

Although Moniue only got to know the toadstool about three months ago, she quickly realized that Amanitamuscaria microdosing is a very good tool for such grief and bereavement support. It provides comprehensive help in not being consumed by your doubts and fears in the face of such strokes of fate. Of course, we should and must grieve when a loved one passes away, but all too often we don't know how to help ourselves other than to numb ourselves with medication or alcohol so that the pain doesn't overwhelm us. This is where Amanita Muscaria is a great way to start healing early, rather than simply suppressing the thought of death.

Loss always hurts and when your own child dies, it's a whole other dimension. But if we feel in our deep knowing that the soul remains with us forever because it is immortal and we feel love despite the presence of death, this is enormously important for coping with grief. Amanita helps us to walk a little way into the light again, a ray of hope that accompanies us in recognizing the truth.

The fly agaric can therefore be a first aid emergency kit that helps you in this situation. Because the path inwards into this awareness that this spiritual world exists and that so much is possible with energies brings understanding for what has happened and provides comfort. Amanita Mmuscaria microdosing can clearly be a good tool for coping with grief.

What did Monique learn from the fly agaric?

What we can tell you now is really great, because on the one hand it is still top secret. On the other hand, she has had the idea in the back of her mind for years, and thanks to the fly agaric she has made a big decision: In the autumn, there will be an online congress organized by Monique on the subject of coping with grief, at which she herself will of course be speaking. She would primarily like to address parents who have lost a child, but of course also show other people who have had to bury a loved one ways to heal!

Monique is convinced that it was the plant soul of the fly agaric that convinced her that she could get such a big project off the ground. She now knows for sure that she is “good enough” to organize it from A to Z and that doubts are simply inappropriate. So the healer called Fly Agaric was also able to help Monique once again to question her beliefs and to surpass herself once more.
