Taking loose Amanita muscaria powder is one of the most popular and efficient ways of microdosing. There is no need to dissolve the capsule shell in the stomach, so the effect sets in somewhat faster than with prefabricated products. We can reassure anyone who is worried about the occasional incompatibility of loose toadstool powder! In combination with 200-300 ml of good water, a good squeeze of fresh lemon, lime or orange and - depending on taste - a small spoonful of honey, the fly agaric powder is extremely digestible and tastes really good to boot.
The finer the dried fly agaric caps are grinded, the better the "Amanita drink" tastes. Therefore, make sure that you don't turn off the blender too early when grinding the red and white mushroom caps.
